With ultra-fast sampling at 200MHz, it achieves high reproducibility, capable of distinguishing differences as small as 0.001mm. It can measure down to 0.1mm as standard for steel, and with optional use, it can measure as thin as 0.05mm, meeting a wide range of thickness measurement needs. The PM5 Gen3 is a third-generation model developed over a period of three years with the goal of being one of the world's best ultrasonic thickness gauges. It is designed to pursue high-precision measurements and is capable of measuring thin plates, multilayer materials, and high-damping materials, which are typically challenging in standard thickness measurements. Additionally, it features a wealth of A-scan adjustment parameters not found in other companies' ultrasonic thickness gauges or flaw detectors, catering to the advanced demands of experts.
